The wrap around elastic Velcro wrist strap is very difficult to undo. The Velcro is very strong, the strap is very stretchy & I've found it very difficult to undo it with the other hand, as the elastic stretches a lot & the hooks don't disengage. Not great when both hands are stiff & weak. I've had to resort to gripping the strap with my teeth to get enough purchase to undo the Velcro. I'm considering cutting off the wrist strap, as the 3 fixing straps seem strong enough to hold the brace in place.
Good price and comfortable product - really excellent customer service - can totally trust staff to help with product order and any queries. Will come to Benecare Direct again if the need arises!
